Talk about a dream job! Well this is it for me. I am on my way to becoming a Library Media specialist at a middle school in Prince George County. Presently I am a media aide (library assistant). I retired from the private work force in 2005. This is my fifth year with the county. I have transitioned from a elementary school to my present middle school. I have two children who are both in the county schools so I have a vested interest.
My three STEP goals are as follows:
a) integrate in the curriculum for the media center
b) provide creative avenues for students within the library
c) to create ways for students to increase student literacy
